- Prepare the return, check it, and file it with HMRC
- Tell you exactly what you owe and when — including any payments on account
- Remind you ahead of the dates that matter (31 January and 31 July)
- Deal with HMRC letters on your behalf once you've authorised us

Common questions
Do I have to use an accountant?
No — you can file your own return on gov.uk. People come to us to save time, avoid mistakes, make sure expenses aren't missed, and have someone else keep track of the deadlines.
What if I've missed the deadline?
File as soon as you can. HMRC charges a £100 penalty immediately if the 31 January deadline is missed — even if you owe no tax — and it grows the longer the return is outstanding, plus interest on unpaid tax. Message us and we'll look at what's outstanding.
Can you help if I'm new to self-employment?
Yes. We'll register you with HMRC, explain what to keep records of, and set up your first return properly.
Do you speak Romanian?
Yes — you can write to us in Romanian, English or several other languages, on WhatsApp or the website chat.
